If you don't have a Google email account well known as Gmail, then it is time for you to have one. For those who have Gmail accounts, but have not been able to fully utilize the account, you will find this article interesting as it shows you some of useful features and tips.

Translation:
Gmail has a powerful tool to translate conversation in your email to any of the available languages. Look the picture as an example of what I translated conversation in Swahili to English.
You can also use Google docs to translate large documents into language of your choice. To access Google docs service you need to have a Gmail account. Tip: Just type or paste your document in Google docs then select option Translate from Tools.
Search Emails:
If you are looking for an old email, you can just type search title, name of a person the email came from or was going to and Google will provide findings for your consideration.
Security
Tired of people who uses your email account to send emails to your friends and relatives ? Google has a 2 step security whereby you can sign in not only with your usual password but with a special code that you can request from Google through a Free phone Call or text message. How does this work ? You must opt for the 2 step sign in, by editing security settings of your account.
Then every time you want to sign in, after you sign in with your password, Google will not take you automatically to your account, instead it will first require you to insert code that is going to be sent to your cellphone, or you can opt for a phone call, listen for the code and insert the code then click verify and you will be taken to your Gmail account.
Chat and Phone calling at One Place
With Gmail you can chat call a person who is online and using Gmail account. You can also choose to call a landline number or cellphone number at a cheaper price. You only need to click Call phone as shown on the picture, add credit if you don't have, then make a call.

If you are tired of one theme of how your account looks, you can choose a number of themes from setting, just click settings as shown in the picture below.
